About

Born and raised in Bologna, Italy, Rossella, moved to the USA at age 30 and made her home in Northern New Jersey. As a teenager, Rossella started working at her father hotel and restaurant in an Italian resort where she learned at a young age how important it is to offer the highest level of service possible to one's customers. Her formal education and training in Europe allowed Rossella to go on to a career in international marketing and sales and she travelled extensively to close international deals for an Italian import/export company. After moving to the USA, Rossella owned and managed several properties, in Bergen, Essex and Hudson counties, becoming passionate about real estate. Hence, she saw an opportunity to apply her uniquely diversified background and expertise to understand the diverse perspectives of real estate clients, whether they are selling, buying or leasing. With years of experience, Rossella has built a reputation as a savvy negotiator with an uncompromising integrity, she is known for protecting her clients' interest and proactively address any of her clients’ needs and concerns. To provide her clients with superior services, she’s a member of all 3 major MLS services in Northern New Jersey: Hudson County MLS, New Jersey MLS and Garden State MLS. Rossella lives with her husband in Weehawken and has officially been an "empty nester" since her two sons went to college and then on to pursue their own careers, one as a United State Marine Officer and the other as a cyber security expert in Boston. In her spare time, Rossella likes to travel, read, and enjoy music, great food and wine with friends and family. Rossella considers giving back to the community one of her top priority and it extends well beyond the professional real estate world. In addition to being an active volunteer with Empire Cares in Hoboken and being the Silent Auction Chair for the Empire Cares Cystic Fibrosis Gala, she volunteers at St. Peter's Preparatory High School in Jersey City, loves to be involved with Fountain House in Manhattan, which is a clubhouse dedicated to the recovery of men and women with mental illness, supports Bring Change 2 Mind, an organization fighting to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness, and volunteers at the Jersey City Jazz Festival and RiverviewJazz.org Rossella is fluent in both English and Italian, thus providing yet another valuable level of service to her clients. Please, call her anytime without obligation; she will be happy to go to work for you and assist you in any of your real estate needs.
